The event was held in Taipei, Taiwan.

There were ten entrants.

The winner, with four wins and no losses, was a program by Du, Kwei-Chung. We do not know its name.
Second was Dragon, with three wins and one loss.
Third was Nemesis, with three wins and one loss.
